Active sorority members with university housing assignments may move their belongings into their assigned rooms on Friday, August 13 between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. Their names must appear on the attached form which must be submitted via this website Fraternity and Sorority Affairs Office by noon on Tuesday, August 10. Panhellenic requires that the women not wear or display any Greek paraphernalia during the move-in process and to be out of their rooms before 9:00 am on Saturday when potential members begin arriving. If the need to return to their residence hall room during recruitment week, they must first have the approval of the Panhellenic President, the Vice-President of Recruitment, or me.
This year university housing will be charging each early-move in resident $17 per day which will total to $119. Please let your members know this before they sign-up to move in early. They will be billed on their university bill.
